This is a very interesting book; if you are interested in music and now it evolved mathematically; this is a good book. If you think about it "music is sound that is pleasing to the ear" as the definition has it.

As such it must follow a set of rules. These rules are founded in mathematics. This book gives an insight into this in a readable way.3/5(1). I really think this book would be good a text book in either a high school music or math course in the history of the subject.
